Center for Authentic Living

Introduction: Finding Center is a complementary therapy designed to assist you in releasing the everyday stresses of life, bringing you to a place of balance, peace, focus and more joy. Clients are invited to relax in a quiet and tranquil space, as they are gently led into a state of deep relaxation through a personalized guided meditation. From this deeply relaxing place, advanced energy healing practices are used to gently move out those energies that have been blocking your experience of well-being, bringing you back to a place of "center." Finding Center was created by healer Jude Smith, combining her work as a meditation teacher, therapist, and interfaith minister with her training in advanced healing techniques, including Reiki, IYS therapy and pranic healing. Jude has participated in over 500 hours of supervised energy healings and continues to immerse herself in training designed to further her work. Jude offers her work in Rhinebeck, NY as well as remotely by phone or by Skype to clients worldwide. Besides a private healing practice, Jude has presented her work in hospitals in New York, Pennsylvania, and India. About Jude Jude is the executive director of the Center For Authentic Living, an organization committed to reminding people who they are and providing the tools to live from that higher place. Jude regularly presents programs on mindfulness and stress reduction to corporate clients and groups worldwide. In addition to her ordination as an interfaith minister, Jude holds degrees in psychology and business administration from the State University of New York at Albany and an advanced degree in education from Pace University. She received her ministerial training at the One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in New York City and has studied advanced energy healing techniques with Shanti Mission, where she is certified as an IYS therapist.
