Friendly person but less than mediocre carpet cleaning skills. I used Stayaway's carpet cleaning services to get rid of pet stains. After 2.5 hours, the urine stains are still there. Craig told me that if he can't get rid of them, no one can. Wrong. I spoke with my building maintenance man. He told me that pet stains are, in fact, removable. Unsure how to rate the job since I was hoping the spots on the couch that initiated the cleaning had come out better. However, those spots had been there for a while. The carpet pile looks cleaner and fuller, especially in the high traffic areas.Sep 18, 2017
I chose Stayaway Cleaning to clean both an apartment I was leaving and a house I was moving into. Both places were completed in such a professional and Grade A cleaning. Craig -Stayaway Cleaning cleaned both carpets and kitchen and bathroom in old apartment and left it immaculate. The landlord called to thank us so much for leaving the apartment looking brand new. Craig also shampooed carpets in the new house we moved into and revived a couch in which we thought for sure we would have to replace.
