What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always running package deals. You can check our website for all current deals. We also offer standard pricing on calibration services, you can find those prices on the website as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as we get a customers information it is reviewed by Dan to determine if we will we be a good fit for the customer. The factors taken into consideration are: job type, job size and job location. We then will generate a bid and once the customer accepts we speak via phone to come up with a plan and set a date for the free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in the field for a combined total of over 20 years.
