One of our basement sump pumps needed to be replaced. Comfort Plumbing & Heating arrived on time and provided excellent service. Florian performed the repair promptly, and even added a check valve to prolong the life of the new pump. He was courteous and professional. The price was fair, and we will definitely be using them again in the spring to replace another pump. Totally and completely satisfied customer. Florian was very helpful in troubleshooting an issue with the water pressure in my house. He responded almost immediately after I pressed send. I honestly was not expecting that. He assessed over the phone how to manage the pressure issue and was ready to come out morning, afternoon or evening for what ever worked for my schedule.
