The night before I was scheduled to travel, my tenant told me that he had no hot water. So needless to say, I was on a very tight schedule. They promised to call in the am, and did. They arrived early, diagnose the problem, purchased the appropriate part, and was able to replace it giving me enough time to make my flight.
