Mel is so professional!!! Amazing communication and ON TIME!!! He did a magnificent job, had a vibrant personality and he mentioned things that needed addressed that other techs overlooked. Very well educated and took the time to explain and provide knowledge and tips/tricks. Mel also suggested installing an outside hose bib so that I can wash my dogs with clean filtered water which I have already retained him and look forward to him do this summer. He gets an 11 out of 10!!!!!!! I have already forwarded his information to the township and our neighbors. Description of Work: Will need water filtration tank maintenance soon & an outside hose bib.

The night before I was scheduled to travel, my tenant told me that he had no hot water. So needless to say, I was on a very tight schedule. They promised to call in the am, and did. They arrived early, diagnose the problem, purchased the appropriate part, and was able to replace it giving me enough time to make my flight. Super pleased with the speed, quality and professionalism. Thanks for giving me peace of mind on my way out of town.
