Luis and his partner did a great job. They were punctual, responsive, professional, and paid close attention to detail. I am please with their services from start to finish. Luis assisted with paint selection questions, paint pick up, and cleaned up after the job was complete. I will certainly contact Luis again for future jobs.

Luis and any and all people he brought to help him are completely professional. He was thorough, conscientious, fast, did great work, and was available on relatively short notice. Based on the construction of a wall and door he did for us, and the installation of a vestibule mirror closet, I would highly recommend Luis (LZ renovations) to anyone needing construction work!

Luis responded quickly and showed up when he said he would. There was some miscommunication over the work that needed to be done, but he did a good job putting up sheet rock and repairing/skimming the side walls (after we took down paneling). There was some mess to clean up afterwards (joint compound left on the sides of our fireplace and a few random areas), but overall, the job was done well and in a timely manner.
