Marlon did an outstanding job! I initially hired him to install a handrail and balusters going from the first floor to the second. He came on the day we agreed to for an estimate after he inspected the work to be done and the price was reasonable. The day he came to install the handrail, I decided I also wanted to replace the stairs as well. Again, the price was reasonable. It took him only a few days to transform an ugly eyesore into something that makes me smile each time I look at it! Marlon is very precise and very detailed oriented. He obviously knows what he's doing and I have already informed him of other jobs I would love for him to work on in my home. He is also very trustworthy as I was able to allow him to enter my home and do the work while no one else was home. A nice touch was how he laid down a paper path so as not to ruin the new vinyl plank flooring I had just installed. I'm afraid as word gets out about his good work, he won't have time to do my other jobs because he will be busy making other customers happy! I've added before and after pictures.
