Had these guys come in October 2021 to figure out why my unit wasn’t working. Said there was a leak and they couldn’t find it, so they sealed it and refilled it with Freon. May of 2022 it was out again and a different HVAC person came and said it was completely empty. He found the leak on a coil on the back side of the unit
UPDATE: after I left a review, I quickly got a call from Asim (the owner). He didn't realize I wasn't getting through, so he came by to check out the unit immediately and then offered to come grab the condenser the next day to personally repair it himself. They did and by the next day they had made the repair, reinstalled it, and recharged it at no cost since Asim wanted to get the repair done right like they tried to do in October. Asim and his guys are great, and it seems like the person who didn't find the repair in October 2021 has been gone from the company for a while now

Even though the estimate to fix the old Mitsubishi SPLIT unit didn't seem right to invest on, I have to mention that the owner Asim was very professional and customer centric. He offered me a full refund of $160 for the service call that his team charged me. He also apologized for the technicians' ignorance and lack of knowledge on the refund policies. This guy knows the value of customers' money. I can assure that Asim is genuine and would do anything to keep his customers happy and also maintain a brand for his company. So, if anyone here ever gets into trouble or feels that they are being tricked by the staff please request to speak with Asim.
5 stars for being responsive, customer oriented and professional.

We work with on site estimates.We have to send our technician to take a look at the job and the place where the job has to be done and calculate the labor and the price of the unit if it requires one.If it doesn't require unit then we have to calculate the hours of work that needed to the job that has to be done and then give you an estimate for that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk through the phone with the customer and we send our technician to the address of the job that has to be done to see the place , to find where the problem is and then calculate the exact price needed for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a company that have 6 technician and all have PHD on HVAC.We have 30 years experience in the HVAC.
