I needed a major total A/C unit replacement for my Condo in NYC and the building management had recommended Excelsior Mechanical.I had contacted the company and Ivan was very professional and guided me the right way in getting a better & stronger unit installed so it'd actually cool my place even better.Install went very well and all, and even though there was a Mechanical issue with this UNIQUE type of unit, Ivan was very prompt at addressing it, came back & took the unit to the factory itself for the proper repair and came back earlier than expected, with the fix and everything since then has been perfect.Ivan runs a great operation. Thank you.
