We needed to do a major valve project for our small coop. The Maxwell team delivered beautifully and on budget. Tony, Nick and Adrian finished the job to perfection in under the quoted time. Mark the foreman was great as well. He ensured we only got top quality, made in USA parts that will outlive me. We are ready for another 50+ years with the new valves. I highly recommend Maxwell and this specific team in particular.

Why did I pay Maxwell Plumbing MORE than what their bill requested?? It took six months to have gas restored in a Manhattan apartment. I went through no less than 5 plumbers, most of whom were slow to respond and all of whom wanted to charge me a minimum of 40 % above Maxwell's quote and one, 7 times what Maxwell charged. Max and his office manager Lauren were courteous, helpful and very prompt to reply to all of my inquiries. I only wish I had found them at the beginning of this odyssey rather than after 4 months of dealing with others. They say "put your money where your mouth is." Well, my mouth says Maxwell was excellent, and thus I added a gift.

Sammy and the team at Maxwell were amazing as they identified and rectified the issues with our HVAC system. Our HVAC system stopped working and temperature was not regulated in 7 of our classrooms. These issues resulted in closed classrooms and an unsafe space for children. We had multiple HVAC companies come and assess the issues and were unable identify the problem. The team at Maxwell assessed multiple levels of challenges and located the issue as quickly as possible. Their dedication and perseverance was unmatched as they worked through a complex situation that others were unable to resolve. The team at Maxwell restored our HVAC to working order and allowed our students to safely return to their classrooms. We are incredibly grateful for all of their hard work. I would definitely recommend this company in the future.
