Excellent experience with The Snap Market. I was searching for a professional photographer to take real estate pictures. Andres responded immediately- we set a date and time. He showed up timely, listened to everything I requested and turnaround time for my pictures was impeccable. They came back absolutely gorgeous, I love the angles and shots! Entire experience was seamless!

They were amazing. We took pictures in a very cloudy day and they somehow made them look like the nicest sunny day. They took the time to re-organize the room to make it look it’s best and they had an extremely quick turnaround. We got back our pictures the very next day and they were amazing. They also photoshopped an old picture that we had and they made it look amazing. Highly recommend

The whole process and experience was outstanding. It was easy to schedule and confirm. Photographer was on time. He made everyone (owners, tenants) feel very comfortable and at ease. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on the size of the project. For photos, we charge based on the number of photos you need. Videos are based on the length of the video tour. We offer 15% off your first service when you sign up for our marketing newsletter on our website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over the details on a quick call and confirm everything with an email. We send over a calendar invite for your scheduled shoot and a pre-shoot checklist to prep the property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of experience in photo and video production. We work with top agents from Compass, Keller Williams, and boutique brokerages all over New York.
