Had issues with a brand new unit that was installed by a “family friend”. Months of headache with issues of heating for a brand new tankless water boiler. I had another tech come from thumbtack and they gave me their “workaround” but still had issues with pressure etc from this system. Finally went with Jurgen who said he was Navien Certified. He took 5 min and knew all the issues. Next hour he took and fixed the main issues I was having for a month. Hired him and his team to redo all the work and move our thermostat. My family is grateful for the working heat finally during this winter. It took a couple of techs, but I finally have my go to heating guy for all my future projects.
