The job I hire Pro Time for was to gut and rebuild two high end bathrooms.
The Better Business Bureau lists Home Improvement Contractors as having the largest number of complaints registered. So, when a company comes along who defies that trend, it is of note. Pro Time Contracting is indeed such a company!
I had hired a contractor to do two baths for me, both are high end. He walked off the job after finishing half of the first, the smaller, bath room. Fortunately, I wasnât upside down and more fortunately, he didnât just take off but he replaced himself with Pro Time.
I was initially a little anxious about this sudden change. I had researched the original contractor and was comfortable with him. The owner of Pro Time, Guy Pence, met me at my home and went over the scope of the project.
Guy was stunningly through. What impressed me a great deal was what he said. He was delightfully customer focused. At least four times during our initial discussion he stated, âMy customer must be happy.â
Well, as we know, words are easy. A man can be measured by his words but he is judged by his actions. Were I to describe Guy with only one word, it would be integrity. During the several weeks of the job, he was constantly checking in to make sure that I was happy. The detail work he put into the most mundane issues was heartwarming.
His lead mechanic, Jorge, adhered to Guyâs corporate philosophy wonderfully. Jorge, who looks like he is twelve but with a deep understanding of trade work of a seventy year old craftsman, couldnât have made me feel more secure in what was a very complicated production. He would often hunt me down to ask me how I would like something done. Equally as often I would tell him that I didnât really care, that I would like him to do âitâ the way that was easiest for him. This turned into our only âfightâ, the two of us trying to make the other comfortable. He always won, making sure that I was not just satisfied but VERY satisfied.
My project is complete and one of the highest compliments I can give the company is that I am sorry it is over⦠I miss Jorgeâs daily visits and Guys every other day visits.
The reader of my note is reading this because he/she is searching for a contractor. I cannot recommend Pro Time highly enough. All of the parameters that one uses to make this very important decision; integrity, cost, quality of work, timeliness of work, etc. are all accounted for. I am not a wealthy man and cost is a very big issue for me. Should I ever become a wealthy man, I will hire Guy for every project I do.

Guy Pence was hired to reroof my house. Very professional, showed up when he said he would , kept the job site clean during and after completion and the job was completed on time. His workers were very courteous too !! His price was great too. Anyone thinking of hiring Guy Pence for job will A quality work done. Would hit him again to do anything.

Guy Pence has done work for me for years. When my cement retaining wall was destroyed when an auto hit it, he and his crew made it look like new. I have also had a ramp and patio put onto my house and a complete new bath room installed. All of these with no complications at sensible prices. Once the work started it continues until finished.

Having Guy work for you is like having a family member doing it. He is always thinking of a better way ,trying to,keep costs down, and solving problems that may arise, even if they are not his problem. You can't make a better choice than ProTime.

Simply put, the best. The work was top notch. No Corners were cut. Always on time. The price quated was the final price, no surprises. Finally the price was very fair.
Guy did several floor jobs and tile jobs, over a year and a half.
