Clemente and AMC Painting did an outstanding job restaining my cedar shingle home on eastern Long Island. He was able to provide a quote very quickly and then slotted in the work within two weeks. He communicated at each step of the process and took a number of sample photos that helped with decisions. I highly recommend AMC!

Clemente and his crew are truly AMAZING craftsmen. They have painted my entire house interior making it look brand new, refinished wood floors making them look so beautiful, installed new wood floors , painted cabinets, installed molding, renovated my fireplace tile work and installed beautiful carpentry work on wood stairs and handrails. Their work is impeccable and absolutely the highest quality making my home look so amazing and beautiful. I have hired them on many projects and they always deliver the most beautiful quality and professional results. Highly highly recommend this company for any project.

AMC Painting is awesome! My front door was peeling on the trim and in really bad shape and in dire need of a paint job. The last “professional painter” who painted it 8 years ago did an awful job and it literally started peeling within a year. So with great apprehension I came here to thumbtack and luckily found Clemente! He and his helper spent a whole day prepping, sanding, priming and painting my front and basement doors and trim! They surpassed our expectations and the doors look brand new. Here are some photos of the inside and outside of the front door now. I can’t thank them enough. They will be coming back to plaster some cracks in the ceilings and walls and do some more painting. Call him, you won’t be disappointed!

I could have easily marked all 5 categories. Clemente and his crew (including two brothers) are terrific, and do first class work. Was especially impressed with the scraping and prep work that was done before painting and their attention to details. Also appreciated how Clemente kept in touch with me about schedule and costs. I recommend him and AMC Painting most highly. I'm trained as an architect and teach architecture, so quality really matters to me. Mary M

Clemente has done practically every project around my house- from fencing, painting, and flooring to furniture assembly and replacing light bulbs, he does it all! He is extremely respectful, self-sufficient, and a great person to work with! I highly recommend him for all your home improvement projects
