Ive done some of the online training and Dennis the instructor makes you feel as if he is right there coaching you on. He is very personable and professional. He pushes you to a level that you didnt know you could reach. I would definitely recommend him.

I had a great experience working out at Norvo I felt comfortablethe gym is clean and safe.Dennis listens to your concerns and will also work with any physical health concerns you have. Dennis the Personal trainer is always welcoming and ready to give you his personalized guidance to make your Goals achievable. He is knowledgeable and motivating.The gym has a comprehensive range of equipment, including free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. PT Dennis will help you fit a workout into any schedule.
