Hiring Holly and her team was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our bachelorette weekend! From the moment the first course was served until the very last bite of dessert, every single dish was absolutely incredible. The flavors, presentation, and attention to detail were beyond anything we expected, it truly felt like we were dining at a five-star restaurant in the comfort of our home.
Not only was the food outstanding, but the entire experience was seamless, relaxing, and so special. The chef was personable and made the evening unforgettable. Everyone in our group couldn’t stop talking about how amazing every course was!

We had such a wonderful experience with Holly and her team! We booked them only three weeks before our event, and Holly was incredibly helpful, communicative, and quick to respond throughout the entire planning process.
Our team included two servers, a BBQ chef, and a bartender, and every one of them was fantastic. The food and drinks were delicious—our guests could not stop raving about everything! Everyone was well taken care of throughout the party, and our kitchen was left absolutely spotless afterward.
We would highly recommend Holly and her team and will absolutely be using them again for future events!

The food was AMAZING!! We all had a great time and Holly definitely took care of us! The food was all delicious and her pies were unforgettable! She knew her way around the kitchen and made sure to wrap up the leftovers for us. My kitchen was left cleaner than before she got there! Thanks Holly- we’ll be calling you again soon!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on your menu and staffing needs and also location of event. NYC, East of Hampton Bays we have different rates,

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak to our clients so we can better assess their needs and offer all our services. We start by asking the date, time, guest size to know if we can accept the event.
Once we know that we can create the menu, price out the food and staffing needs.
*Note we staff all our own events.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Holly is a three time graduate of St Josephs College earning two Masters Degrees.
Holly also has been in the off premises catering industry for over 25 years.
Holly also holds a Suffolk County Food Handler Managers certification.
Holly is also current with F.A.C.T.S Flight Safety Training and is available to travel in with clients on Charter Flights and is available to work for Charter Companies. Holly is certified in CPR/AED
