One Love Flow is a mobile yoga studio that brings the zen to you, whether at home, an Airbnb, or beyond. Each session includes personalized instruction, yoga mats and props, seamless setup and breakdown, and a thoughtfully curated atmosphere designed around your group’s energy and intention.
You’ll be guided by a 400HR-certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher, trained in both the United States and Bali, a Lamaze-certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE), and a former Doula, passionate about helping others feel their best through mindful movement and self-care. With over a decade of personal yoga practice and a background in dance, I blend fluidity, focus, and heart into every session.
Classes are open to all and offer a supportive space to connect with your body, calm your mind, and move with intention. Whether you’re exploring yoga and meditation, celebrating a special moment, preparing for birth, or simply carving out time to reconnect, you’re in the right place.

Marie was amazing! She came directly to us, which made everything so easy and convenient, and she led a wonderful class that everyone enjoyed. I would recommend Marie to absolutely everyone! What an incredible experience from start to finish..she made us all feel so relaxed and comfortable while keeping the energy fun, lighthearted, and full of laughter (at the end!) it was the perfect balance of relaxation and fun..exactly what you need when hosting a bachelorette weekend! Our group had the best time, and it was such a memorable part of the celebration! We will be using for our future events!

I had such a wonderful experience with this yoga session! She created a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived, making everyone feel comfortable and included. The class was incredibly engaging and so much fun. I loved how she challenged us individually while also incorporating creative group poses that encouraged connection and teamwork.
Communication before the event was excellent. She listened carefully to every suggestion and thoughtfully incorporated our ideas while still bringing her own unique style and expertise to the experience.
I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a yoga instructor who is skilled, attentive, and able to create a joyful, supportive environment for all participants.

We had the BEST time with Marie! We had reached out to her super last minute for my sister’s bachelorette and she was extremely responsive and able to help us out with a yoga session at our Airbnb. It went so well - many of the girls couldn’t stop talking about how great the class was and how it was “the best yoga class they’ve experienced!” Hands down would hire Marie again and again!!

I understand that every student has different considerations for their wellness journey. My rates reflect the curated, concierge nature of my service, including travel, equipment, and personalized elements.
If you’re looking for a lower price point, I do offer community classes/group sessions, which will be posted on social media or the website. It’s a great way to experience the practice at a different rate!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start working together, I like to get a sense of where you’re at in your yoga journey, whether you’re just starting out, have some experience, or consider yourself advanced. I also want to know what goals or areas you’re excited to explore next. This helps me tailor the session to fit your needs perfectly, so you get the most out of our time together in a safe and supportive way.
