I’m a certified and insured yoga teacher and reiki practitioner who believes yoga should feel good, not intimidating.
You don’t need to be flexible or know every pose. You just need to show up as you are.
I teach accessible yoga for real people and real bodies.
My classes combine movement, breath, and mindful pauses. I also support women navigating hormonal changes and shifting energy.
