- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the prep work required for the reading, refunds are not available. * A non-refundable deposit of $25 will be required when booking a Full Astrology Reading. This is to account for the preparation time needed prior to each appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive the client's date, time, and place of birth, I contact them to schedule an appointment if they have booked a reading. Once scheduled, I send the client a videoconference link to attend. I video-record the appointment and send the recording to the client afterwards. This allows the client to participate fully in the conversation without trying to remember all of the points of the reading.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Debra Silverman Applied Astrology, studying with Debra Silverman herself. In addition to being an Astrologer, I am a permanently-certified School Psychologist and certified K-6 teacher with 30+ years of experience in public education. I am a legally ordained clergy member and spiritual leader.
