- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We tailor pricing based on property type, income potential, and your desired level of involvement. Most of our Cohost Growth Members begin with no upfront cost — we partner through a performance-based model or flat-rate management structure. We also offer volume discounts for landlords, agents, and managers with multiple units. No surprises, just clarity, results, and options that scale with your vision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process lean and results-driven: 1. Quick intro via WhatsApp or Thumbtack message 2. We grant you temporary access to view actual listings in our ecosystem 3. We meet virtually to understand your goals and create a custom Cohost Growth Plan 4. You see how we optimize, price, and operate properties 5. If aligned, we launch within 48–72 hours — either fully managed or partnered From there, we scale together — as little or as much as you want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a former U.S. Army Finance Officer and ex-Bank Vice President with 30+ years of real estate, business development, and team-building experience. But more importantly, I’ve helped everyday professionals and landlords transform underperforming or unused spaces into $5K–$15K/month income machines — using a system designed to be scalable, collaborative, and repeatable across cities, states, and even countries.
