Aaron came to us with so much knowledge and experience! He could dive right in and get me squared away quickly. We have a tv, turntable, Blu ray player all hooked together and after my husband passed away, I've been lost when the remotes wouldn't behave! Aaron (owner of NovaTech, Rochester, NY) is EXCEPTIONAL! We found him after doing an exhaustive search for an experienced person with a computer support background who was willing to come to your home to resolve issues. (Few support people - who typically work remote in another US city/state - are willing to come to your home these days!) Our situation was a fairly complex one… involving 2 computers, multiple Microsoft accounts & licensure, & numerous email accounts. My wife & I needed things to be made more simple/correct… & Aaron was able to deliver on all fronts! From the time he came into our home ‘til the time he left… it was approximately 2.5 hours of work, but he charged us for 2! (Though that was not necessary… it was very, very cool of him & much appreciated!) Aaron was: responsive, punctual, & professional. He worked in a methodical & quality way… explaining things while he worked in an understandable & straightforward manner. The value Aaron provided to us cannot be overstated! And, the best thing of all… he is a great guy with a fun & pleasing personality! Bottom line: Aaron is now our “go-to” computer support guy going forward… & we’ve already started telling our extended family, neighbors, & friends about him & how pleased we are with the work he did for us!
