- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each case is unique, though we have designed our pricing menu to accommodate every assignment for the services we offer. Contact us to receive a complete outline of our prices/fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we record the client information and the assignment information. We immediately begin working on the assignment. A definitive case completion deadline varies case to case, depending on the amount of information provided and/or needed. Case completion could be possible within hours of referring a case to us, or potentially days/weeks/months, all dependent on the client needs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
