Hired on Thumbtack
While they were polite and trying their best. They are not Appliance Moving trained. For Demo or Junk I’m sure they’d be great but not Appliance moving.
I would use them again.

I can’t say enough good things about Thomas Ellis and his crew at Roc City Junk Knockout! The house was in really bad shape, and I was getting ready to move, so I was honestly stressed and didn’t know how I was going to get everything taken care of.
Thomas and his crew really came through for me! They were extremely responsive, professional, hardworking, and got the job DONE! They didn’t waste any time and made a stressful situation so much easier for me.
If you need junk removal or a crew that will actually show up, work hard, and get the job done right, I highly recommend Thomas and his crew at Roc City Junk Knockout! I will most definitely be using them again. 💯

I'm a single mom and they help me take care of my junk in my attic and my basement.i would definitely use them again.I forgot to put up my review due to working a lot and dealing with the baby. They also travel all the way from Rochester to Syracuse to get the job done
