Everyone at Anderson had been a pleasure to work with. From Lea scheduling me immediately to Brian, who explained (& ultimately sold) the system to me. And to Nate, Brian & the young man (I'm sorry, his name escapes me) that installed my hot water tank & conditioning system. Everyone was courteous & professional while treating me like a good friend. Anderson Water-Power installed a whole house standby generator for us. They were professional at every step and completed our installation in about 4 hours. The install techs were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The cleanup was perfect and they spent as much time as I needed to explain and instruct me on the ongoing operation of the generator. There is nothing but a positive experience with the from the initial sales visit to installation. I would highly recommend them and will call them again for future work.

Brian did not try to sell me something I did not need. He tried to find me the best option for getting rid of sulphur in my well water. I like that there's someone that answers the phone quickly if I have questions.

Punctuality - first appointment was told between 8-10am - arrival time was 11:45. Next appointment no arrival was given to me, arrived around the same time, again. Products for both appointments could have been purchased in advanced, since the company knew in ahead of time what work was involved, so professional preparedness is certainly a fallout. Technicians seem to install quality, time will tell. Value or what I ended up paying certainly was not a price break. The company kept telling me they had local technicians in my area, Rochester and Syracuse is not that close at all to Windsor, Syracuse being an hour + is closest, and technician still arrived later than requested.

Had them at our house today. We didnt end up having them instal anything at our house however they came out today and ran tests on our water. The gentleman that came was awesome explained it all to us and showed every step. We got the details he tried to work on us with the price but now just wasnt the right time. If you can afford it I highly suggest it it just wasnt right for us right now. He was personable and I would love to work with him again. Great company from my experience

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our products/services are capital improvements meaning tax free, and all prices received by us will always include FULL installation! For this reason it is of utmost importance that we come out to meet with your family and really see what is in your best interest before giving an estimate or a "quote". As all of our services include installation its near impossible to give an accurate estimate without being on site!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out to Anderson you would speak with either Lea or Joe, we are the appointment setters. We will find a time that works with everyone in the household to have one of our consultants out to do a quick power assessment or water test, get a quick survey of where the equipment would go, and then provide you with a quote for free. In most cases the information is then sent back to the office and you will receive a call within 24 hours to schedule the install! We have great warranties on all of our products and you can feel safe knowing that once you join the Anderson Family we will always be here to help you moving forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have licensed electricians and plumbers doing all work. When we come out fee safe that you are in good hands!
