- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our products/services are capital improvements meaning tax free, and all prices received by us will always include FULL installation! For this reason it is of utmost importance that we come out to meet with your family and really see what is in your best interest before giving an estimate or a "quote". As all of our services include installation its near impossible to give an accurate estimate without being on site!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out to Anderson you would speak with either Lea or Joe, we are the appointment setters. We will find a time that works with everyone in the household to have one of our consultants out to do a quick power assessment or water test, get a quick survey of where the equipment would go, and then provide you with a quote for free. In most cases the information is then sent back to the office and you will receive a call within 24 hours to schedule the install! We have great warranties on all of our products and you can feel safe knowing that once you join the Anderson Family we will always be here to help you moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have licensed electricians and plumbers doing all work. When we come out fee safe that you are in good hands!
