Unfortunately, on the day of cleaning I was in a great deal of pain and could not show and explain how i wanted things done! Nonetheless, the gentleman did his best and got a lot accomplished! I was pleased with the outcome!

Nataliya was very communicative! Nora was our cleaner; she is very friendly. The apartment looks good! I'd suggest having someone at home to show the cleaner where the cleaning products are and verbalize any particular requests. We were very happy we asked to pay by the job, rather than by hour.
