J&J Junk removal is amazing! They took an overwhelming, stressful and difficult task and made it so simple and fast. My parents both passed and I had a time limit to remove everything from the house. They helped me clear out 25+ years of stuff in two trips. They are efficient, professional, and compassionate. They were prompt, in fact early both days and started immediately. Johnny came a day before to access and quote price which was very reasonable. He also is very knowledgeable and helped me decide if it was worth donating and any other options for salvageable items. Jace and Sergio were very motivating and helpful in the process. They worked very hard even in the cold and snow on the ground. The business has only been open a year but they are very efficient and professional. I am so impresssed with how fast they got this done. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I had a fantastic experience with J&J Junk! From the start, Johnny was incredibly pleasant to communicate with and made the entire process seamless. His team was extremely professional and I was blown away by how quickly they cleared out both my garage and my shed. I was especially pleused with the extra effort: it had snowed recently, and the team shoveled a path to make sure they could get everything out safely and cleanly. That level of customer service is rare. The pricing is also fair. The overall experience is so much easier than I expected. Now I am ready for a clutter-free new year!
