FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Most jobs are priced per square foot. The price per square foot will depend on the size of, as well as type of job it is (new installation, resurface, seal coating, hot patching)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step in working with a new customer is scheduling a time for a free estimate, usually done over a brief phone conversation. During the free estimate we come out to the location and meet face to face with the customer. We then discuss the details of the project in depth to meet all of the request the customer may have. If the customer wishes to move forward, we write them up a contract and put their job on the calendar. We can usually begin most jobs relatively soon after signing a contract. Certain factors such as weather, permit approval (if necessary), and customer needs will all factor in.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 20 years experience as second generation in the industry.
