Used Thumbtack for the first time. Put out a job for front door/storm door replacement. Jonathan at Inception responded very quickly and within minutes I had a round about estimate and appointment set up for the next day. Jonathan showed up on time, stuck with the estimate, and was able to come the next day to install the door. He was flexible with an appointment if needed. He was polite, professional, and literally worked the entirety of this job. No breaks, etc. It wound up taking a bit longer than expected and any extra materials he needed for the job he picked up at the store. He came back the next day as scheduled and completed the job. The work was done better than expected, neatly, quietly, and without error. We plan to hire again and will be recommending Inception to family and friends. Thank you for a job well done!

Jonathan was here the time he said he would. He put up a light fixture in my dinning room and it came out perfect, he also switched out a light switch and outlet in no time. Price was reasonable and I will be calling him back for sure. Thanks again
