What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are extremely competitive with all, but what separates me from others is I do not charge extra for wire concealment. When it’s possible to conceal wires it should be included

I like to speak to the customer on a personal level to find out what exactly they are looking to accomplish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the A/V company for 11 years, i have experience in all aspects from phone systems, wireless networks, smart homes, alarms and multi room audio and video
