- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair. We use Square for estimates, invoicing, and billing. Depending on the project we may ask for a down payment to secure materials or part of the equipment/ labor cost. We will work as hard to earn your dollar as you did!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Brief text, phone call, or email to determine if it is a project I might be able to assist with. Evaluate project (at location), understand the customer's vision for the end product, gather information for an estimate. Contact material suppliers, material handlers, and other needed resources to complete job. determine pricing and availability. Provide estimate to customer through Square, which they can accept or decline If accepted, work is scheduled to begin as agreed upon during on site evaluation
