- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you book your first appointment, my goal is to make the experience smooth, safe, and low-stress for both you and your pet. 🐶 My New Client Process: I start by getting to know you and your pet—discussing grooming history, behavior, coat condition, and any special needs. I then do a gentle assessment before beginning the groom and tailor the entire experience to your pet’s comfort level. Throughout the appointment, I focus on patience, safety, and communication. Afterward, I’ll share notes and recommendations to help maintain your pet’s coat between visits. ✂️ What’s Included in a Typical Groom: • Bath w/ high quality products & blow dry • Brush out / de-shedding (as needed) • Haircut or trim (breed-specific or customized style) • Nail trim & paw balm • Ear cleaning • Sanitary trim • Finishing touches (cologne, bows, or bandana) My priority is always a calm, positive grooming experience where your pet feels cared for every step of the way. 💕🐶🐱
