After doing tons of research and getting many estimates on finishing my basement, I chose to go with prime restoration. They are a family owned business and from start the owners were so kind and attentive to everything I wanted. Now that everything is done, I couldnt be happier. Their team are filled with true craftsman of their trade and did their best in making us happy. Highly recommend them and couldnt thank them enough.

Got so much work done. Roof, siding, gutters, flashing, soffit, etc....it was so easy working with them, from estimate to them managing to finish it in the time frame we requested. Very honest people. The quality is shown in their work. My house looks brand new. Ill def do business again with them in the future as I eventually want to do my kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you so so much to the prime restoration team team -you guys are amazing!

I had both our kitchen and bathroom remodeled at the same time and could not be more pleased with Prime Restoration! My kitchen and bathroom came out so good and I can not even begin to explain. They are experienced and it showed when they had many design suggestions to fit our floor plan. The work schedule and communications were well planned and the workers were all very professional. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to all our friends and family!

Great organization! I had Wahid and his team team work on a major project for me in Malverne and they went above and beyond their responsibility. Things that were time sensitive and needed to be addressed, they took upon themselves to sort out. I really felt that these guys were working in my best interest. It might sound clich, but they really do act as if they are family. My house project was immaculate. The attention to detail- just incredible. It's nice to know that when you're having work done, there are people who have a true scope of the internal aspects of the work and can make suggestions and help out with seeing things from a technical level.Wahid worked tirelessly getting permits, running back and fourth to the hardware store, even clearing issues I had with the town- all while staying in communication with me and taking the initiative on parts of the project that were time sensitive. They are very fairly priced and to be honest with you, for the level of attention and service and most importantly, compassion, that I received- I would have paid substantially more.
