We hired Grace Kelly Events a few weeks before our anniversary/wedding party and they were amazing. Picked up the ball and ran with it as if they had been a part of it for months. Wish we had hired them sooner because they are so great at keeping every detail covered and everything ran so smoothly the day of our party in to the wee hours of the evening packing us up and getting us all on to the event buses. 5+++ stars!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Amanda Kelly from Grace Kelly Events for our destination wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We live in Florida but had our wedding in Brooklyn. From start to finish, Amanda was the epitome of professionalism and radiant energy, always bringing a positive and enthusiastic attitude to every interaction. Amanda's responsiveness and timeliness were greatly appreciated. She consistently executed tasks with precision, displaying incredible patience and making it easy for us to work with her. Her ability to put us at ease and answer all our questions made the planning process stress-free and enjoyable. She has a very easy going nature, but still has the innate ability to make sure everything is happening as it should, when it should. We booked Amanda for month-of coordination, which began about four weeks before our wedding. Once the clock started ticking and we were a month out, Amanda worked diligently to streamline our schedule, manage our vendors, and facilitate the setup on the day of the wedding. Initial communications and a deep dive on the wedding details began prior to the four week mark, but per the package we contracted, work really drums up once we were a month out. Her attention to detail and experience planning/executing weddings ensured that everything went off without a hitch. One of the standout aspects of Amanda's service was her handling of our personal decor. Being a destination wedding in Brooklyn, it was a significant selling point for us to have someone local who could receive and set up our decorations. Amanda executed this flawlessly, ensuring our vision came to life perfectly. When they were moving offices and the situation for them to receive packages changed, Amanda graciously provided an alternate address for us to send our personals to, which was extremely helpful and appreciated. Her team ensured everything arrived in time and without damage. From start to finish, everything was extremely smooth thanks to Amanda's exceptional coordination. And if anything did go wrong, I sure didn't know about it :) But honestly, I believe it all went off without a hitch and we were able to fully enjoy our special day without any stress or hiccups. It was 10/10 perfect and I am so grateful for Amanda's help. Amanda checked in with us frequently to make sure we were well cared for and happy. I did most of the planning on my own, but it was SO wonderful and provided so much value for me to pass the baton on logistics to Amanda once we reached the 1 month mark. If you're looking for a wedding planner who is professional, energetic, responsive, and a joy to work with, Amanda Kelly with Grace Kelly Events is the one to choose. We couldn't recommend her more highly!

Amanda was absolutely amazing to work with! She has a calm and comforting presence. She listens, provides feedback and truly guides you in every step along the way. She is there for her brides and advocates when necessary. She’ll customize what you need to make the day go off without a hitch! I’d highly recommend Amanda and Grace Kelly Events!

We were and still are so thrilled with our experience working with Grace Kelly events. At the beginning of our wedding planning we had thought we would just have family friends act as our coordinators. About 6 months prior to our wedding we ultimately decided that hiring professionals would be the better option, and we are so thankful that we made the decision to go with Grace Kelly events. They were so flexible and accommodating to our less than standard work schedules, and were able to have an initial phone call early on a Friday morning. We were reassured that there was still plenty of time to begin working with coordinators. As our wedding day approached we scheduled a call to go over details with Amanda and she was more than helpful in reaffirming the decisions we had already made as well offering suggestions for ideas that we had not even considered. On the day of, Amanda was absolutely perfect and exactly the correct person we needed on our team (even when I had moments feeling like a “bride-zilla). Truly working with a coordinator is the one thing I recommend to all my engaged friends as being absolutely a must and fully worth the cost. Could not recommend Grace Kelly Events enough!

Amazing person to work with. We didn't have to handle any problems on the day of our wedding and it's because of Amanda. We're fairly organized and well prepared but having a day of planner allows you to really enjoy the day (that you've spent $$ and time doing). Amanda is organized, kind and fun to be around.
