We hired Grace Kelly Events a few weeks before our anniversary/wedding party and they were amazing. Picked up the ball and ran with it as if they had been a part of it for months. Wish we had hired them sooner because they are so great at keeping every detail covered and everything ran so smoothly the day of our party in to the wee hours of the evening packing us up and getting us all on to the event buses. 5+++ stars!

A Lifesaver and Miracle Worker!
We cannot express enough how grateful we are to have had Grace Kelly Events step in just five weeks before our wedding! Initially, we had a wedding coordinator who unfortunately ghosted us weeks before, we realized we were in over our heads. Panic set in—until we found Grace Kelly Events
As the big day approached, I reached out to BOLI and comment after comment the same name kept popping up, Grace Kelly Events. My sister’s name is Grace Kelly, so we took it as a sign. I SOS messaged Amanda Kelly, the owner, and within an hour we had a call set up. Amanda took us on personally with Andi, who truly made us feel so special. From the moment we reached out, Grace Kelly Events was a calming, professional, and reliable presence. They took charge with such grace and confidence, making us feel like everything would be perfectly executed, even with the limited time we had left. She quickly assessed our situation, understood our vision, and then hit the ground running. Every detail, from the timeline to the vendor coordination, was meticulously organized and handled with ease.
What truly set Grace Kelly Events apart was her ability to manage a million things at once while making us feel completely at ease. She ensured we had seamless communication with all vendors, kept everything on track, and worked magic behind the scenes so that we could just enjoy the final stretch of our engagement without stress.
On the big day, GKE truly saved the day. The ceremony, reception, and all the little moments in between went off without a hitch. There were a few small hiccups (as there always are at weddings). The night of our wedding we had some fun complications.. 1) my dress literally fell apart. Andi and Grace were to the rescue pinning me everywhere and sewing me together until my dress changed for the reception. I was grateful for their quick thinking. 2) Due to some inclement weather our DJ’s sound board was ruined. GKE handled everything and guided the process with the other vendors to a point where my husband and I had NO IDEA anything was a miss until later in the night. Grace Kelly Events handled everything with such poise and professionalism, keeping everything running smoothly.
Thanks to Amanda and Andi, our wedding day was everything we dreamed of—and more. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator who is not only incredibly skilled but also warm, reliable, and a total lifesaver, we cannot recommend Grace Kelly Events enough. She’s truly one of a kind!

Amanda went above and beyond expectations! She was more than just an event coordinator, she really took the time understand me as a person and vision for my wedding. She made real time adjustments if needed and was there to ensure my needs were always take care of to make sure it was the perfect day for what I wanted and it was. I highly recommend Amanda.

We were and still are so thrilled with our experience working with Grace Kelly events. At the beginning of our wedding planning we had thought we would just have family friends act as our coordinators. About 6 months prior to our wedding we ultimately decided that hiring professionals would be the better option, and we are so thankful that we made the decision to go with Grace Kelly events. They were so flexible and accommodating to our less than standard work schedules, and were able to have an initial phone call early on a Friday morning. We were reassured that there was still plenty of time to begin working with coordinators. As our wedding day approached we scheduled a call to go over details with Amanda and she was more than helpful in reaffirming the decisions we had already made as well offering suggestions for ideas that we had not even considered. On the day of, Amanda was absolutely perfect and exactly the correct person we needed on our team (even when I had moments feeling like a “bride-zilla). Truly working with a coordinator is the one thing I recommend to all my engaged friends as being absolutely a must and fully worth the cost. Could not recommend Grace Kelly Events enough!

Amanda was such a blessing to have on our wedding day. We had no worries and she took care of everything from pinning the guys boutonnieres on to helping setting up all the table decor. I was very much a DIY bride, I had flowers delivered from Costco and Amanda picked them up from my parents house early that morning and brought them to our venue. She was a lifesaver with her emergency kit. If you are looking for a day of coordinator, she is the one!! Thank you again Amanda!
