Rarely are process standardized as each event has it's own personality, goals and needs. We love to package for success and that gives our clients the best bank for their event dollars
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The creative process is just that: a process that leads to a successful event. We chat by phone for us both to see if we are the right fit, Then we visit and review all the specifics, ask many questions so that we clearly have the entire picture of your goals & dreams for this event. Then we create a profile, and a present it with all the options and costs. Once you have decided which of the options you want the creative process begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have produces thousands of events and each one is indeed an education, I enjoy the designation of CSEP Certified Special Event Professional. I have lectured all over the country on all phases of event design and production for more than 20 years, "Ya Gota Know It Before Ya Can Teach It"
