Introduction: I provide medical massage, relaxation massage and a combination of medical and relaxing, stress reducing massage. My National Provider Identification number, (NPI) is 1891192530. My experience ranges from working with men and woman in fitness clubs, pain management companies, Phyisical Therapist offices, Chiropractic offices and private homes. I'm interested in hearing about what hobbies people have, I'm interested in seeing improvement in health and wellbeing. Seeing the stress wrinkles, above the nose, disappear at the completion of the session. I appreciate working with people that take an active interest in their own health and wellbeing. That's when we work as a team to achieve health and wellbeing. I truly enjoy my work.

Massage Therapy

I enjoyed my 90 minute massage with Alex. He was very thorough and addressed areas from my face, ears to my toes. I liked that he asked about my health and gave tips on relieving stress while working in my office chair all day. Alex followed up to ask how I was feeling the next day. He cares a lot about his work and provided great service.

Massage Therapy

Professional, on time, great massage table and equipment and on top of all that: a reasonable price. I definitely recommend his Alex. Thank you. And I'll be seeing again.

Alex is a great massage therapist - highly experienced and knowledgeable. He has been my exclusive therapist for over ten years and has helped me a great deal with my work-related tendinitis as well as other issues such as pinched nerves and pulled muscles. I work on a keyboard all day, and if it weren't for regular massage therapy by Alex I would probably have had to seek another profession. Highly recommended.

Alex is the best! He takes a lot of time getting to know his clients' needs and how to best help them heal. My back pain has literally gone away after working with him weekly, and I so enjoy our sessions. Such a wonderful massage therapist!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

. Pricing considers quiet, private work environment with stairs. Parking availability. Reduced rates for 2 (or 3) sessions in succession. If You supply 2 sheets and 2 towels this reduces the hourly rate. 90 minute sessions available. Regular, Weekly sessions are less expensive per hour, than every other week or monthly sessions.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I must have name, address, date of birth, contact information and emergency contact information. In order for my treatment to be most effective I ask what kind of work they do and how much stress there is, either physical or emotional. I like to know how much exercise they're getting. I like to know how long their condition has existed. I like to know if there are any other health conditions and what medications, if any, are being taken. I like to know the pain level, if any. I like to know the goals, if any, there are. I like to know what other forms of therapy have been used and the length of time that has been committed to those other therapies as well as the results and effectiveness of those therapies. I like to know how much time and effort that they are willing to commit to Massage Therapy. I like to know if contacts are worn and if there are any skin allergies to creams, etc

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Neuromuscular Pain Relief for Pain Mechanisms of the Low Back, Cervical Injuries, Shoulder, Upper Torso, Spinal Column and Extremities. Pelvic Stabilization and Postural Analysis. Traeger Massage. Sports Massage. Geriatric Massage and Advanced Geriatric Massage Techniques. Reflexology. Rapid Release Technology, RRT, Scar Tissue Adhesions Therapy. Trigger Point Therapy.
