We booked TRESIHO Photobooth for our event and couldn’t be happier! The setup looked great, the digital photos came out amazing, and our guests had so much fun. The team was friendly, professional, and made everything so easy. The props matched our event theme, and we loved that they displayed our photos on the booth’s LCD screen. Our pricing is transparent and based on the length of your event and the services you select. We offer digital-only packages with optional upgrades such as unlimited prints, enhanced backdrops, customized décor, and other add-ons. We also offer occasional promotions and discounts. Our goal is to provide flexible options for different events and budgets without sacrificing quality.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about the event, including the date, venue, theme, guest count, and what the client envisions. From there, I provide a customized quote and, once booked, gather the details needed to personalize their photo booth experience. I create the designs, coordinate the setup, and communicate with the client leading up to the event so everything is ready when their special day arrives.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lot of my experience has come from hands-on learning, research, and creating events for my own family before starting my business. I continuously learn about photo booth technology, photography, printing, design, event styling, and customer service. Every event also gives me an opportunity to improve and bring new ideas to future clients.
