I offered a full asking price on a home. The homeowner accepted the offer and I proceeded with an inspection ($575). Immediately after the inspection I told Rudolph that everything went well and I would like to move forward with the purchase. I proceeded to the next step which was negotiating the contracts at this point Rudolph and the homeowners attorney disappeared. There was no correspondence for a week from Rudolph or the attorney. Unbeknownst to me the homeowner accepted another offer. Rudolph did not allow me to counter or have the courtesy to tell me that the homeowner went with another buyer. Please be advised that Rudolph is unprofessional, condescending and not reliable. He has many reviews with similar scenarios.

However, in this current market of multiple biddings, the homeowner always reserves the right to choose which deal they would like to accept and move forward with. Our job is to represent the homeowner and bring them every offer that comes in whether it is at asking price or above. Sorry about your experience, we truly hope you have found your dream home.
