Even with short notice he was able to get everything I wanted order, installed and set up perfectly!He gave me step by step instructions on how to step everything up! From the initial consultation to the final setup, everything was handled with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.The installation team arrived on time, was extremely organized, and clearly knew what they were doing. They walked through the entire process beforehand so there were no surprises, and made sure everything was installed correctly, safely, and efficiently. You could tell they took pride in their work all wiring and equipment were neatly placed, and they made sure the setup was clean and visually organized, not just functional.They also took the time to test everything thoroughly and made sure it was running perfectly before leaving. Vinny went above and beyond with the work he did for our home. From selection of the appropriate equipment, to install, integration, and clean up, Vinny executed flawlessly and communicated everything surrounding the project simply and clearly. Our home is now outfitted with state of the art devices (smart doorbell, lock, cameras, thermostats, sensors), all centrally controlled and integrated into his expert network installation.
