How Can We Help You? That’s really where everything starts. Whether you call or message us, our first question is simple — How can we help you? Maybe you’ve got an emergency that needs attention right now. Maybe you’re not sure what’s going on and just need to ask a few questions before deciding if service is necessary. Or maybe you’re dealing with something specific — a slow drain, an unusual smell, or a system that’s due for maintenance. Whatever it is, our goal is to listen first, understand your situation, and then help you find the best solution. SAFETY NOTE: PLEASE if you ever notice a sinkhole — do not go near it! Call us right away. We’ll take it from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We follow all required certifications and testing requirements as specified by NYSDEC and SCCA licensing. All courses and training are repeated every 2 years .
