I’m gonna start off by saying that I have not always had great relationships with plumbers. Clear has changed the way I see the industry. This was an incredibly professional experience from beginning to end. After the job was completed, there was a slight adjustment that needed to be made, and they came out the next day right away and resolved it. I would highly recommend clear river for your plumbing needs. I know I will be looking for them if I ever need plumbing again.

Very happy and satisfied with all the work and effort provided to service my cesspool system. Thank you Charlie for figuring out my system: Confirming the known pool to be the overflow and locating our main cesspool. Thank you Alex and Juan for the excellent and careful work excavating the main pool and installing a riser and cover to allow for easy access when service is needed in the future. Alex and Juan took steps to minimize impact to my property from excavation and completed the work with a very thorough cleanup of the work area; really appreciate both of your considerate work and attention to detail. Thank you Bill for your part providing service with the pumper truck and your valuable assistance during the excavation and install of riser. Thank you Eddie for fixing the overflow pool access cover.Great job to you all, thank you very much for all your efforts.

Earlier today I had my cesspool serviced by Clear River and it's been 25 + years since my system needed attention.Starting with Rob whom I first spoke with to Izzy and his helper, the the total experience with this company was just amazing.The truck arrived when scheduled and the workers explained the issue, quoted a very fair price and quickly finished and did a great job cleaning up.Let's face it, we don't think about our bathrooms until they do not work.It's nice to know I can call this company and trust the job will be done right.

The Folks at Clear River have been maintaining my SEPTIC system for nearly 25 yrs.They have always been fair with their pricing and play no games. When you find a company like thiscreate a relationship with them and youll always be treated with respect.Ive heard many stories about how a lot of these companies operate and these people are in a very different class.The guy who comes to do the workIzzy is extremely knowledgeable and very polite.He know his trade extremely well and treats customers with the respect they deserve. Hes a good guy and Im always glad to see him year after year. He makes sure everything is done as neat as possible and should be valued as an employee of Clear River. He represents them to the highest standards.

I can't say enough about how great this company is...These guys work so hard to make sure they get to the problem and fix it...Jake, Eddie and their crew are very professional, reliable and very honest..I was so pleased with the work they did..If you need a great company for any cesspool needs, I wouldn't call anyone else but then.Thank you so much for a great job!!
