Kel responded to my request for service promptly. Asked questions and requested pictures to better gauge the situation. Within an hour he was here and quickly diagnosed the issue. Quality work was done and within an hour he was complete. Advised of warranty on his service if any other issues arose and gave me pointers on other things to look out for around the home. I appreciate Kels time. I was nervous about the leak but he ensured it could be fixed and keep me up to date along the way.
