Highly recommend Kelvin! He is extremely knowledgeable, sincere, and transparent. He works closely with you throughout the entire process, takes the time to educate you on what needs to be done, and provides an honest quote upfront so there are no surprises later. He helped me navigate a very stressful plumbing issue, and I was so pleased with the experience that I’ve already hired him for other projects.

Absolutely. Based on what just happened with the shower valve, I’d keep it appreciative and specific:

5 stars. I called Lion Sewer and Drain after a DIY shower valve repair went sideways and I ended up with a leak. Kelvin was responsive, professional, and were able to come out and get the situation taken care of quickly. He explained what needed to be done, did quality work, and got everything back up and running. Really appreciated the service, especially on short notice. I would definitely recommend

Excellent service from start to finish. Kelvin was professional, responsive, and arrived on time. The work was completed quickly and done right the first time. I would definitely recommend Lion Sewer and Drain LLC and would use them again for future plumbing needs.

Kelvin was extremely efficient and reliable. He handled my clogged drain like a pro and he also backed up his work with a warranty. My only regret is that I didn’t hire him sooner!
