Recently had my roof replaced by Road Runners Roofing and I am very satisfied. As someone who is not very familiar with how this works Cristian was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with by talking me through the whole process. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is I introduce myself and talk a little about my experience in construction. Then I provide my license and insurance. Then I closely listen to all her needs and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working in construction since I was 15 years old. I started off by working for my dad. Since I was too young to get on roofs I would just help with the debris from the Job-sites. When I turned 18 I got on a roof for the first time and I started to see my dad’s crew install shingles and also siding. I was a pretty fast learner because by 20 I was already a master at installing shingles and siding.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this job by introducing myself to the new customer. I also was understanding on what she needed to be done.
