My wife dropped her computer and damaged the harddrive that had many important documents on it that had never been backed up. Adolfo was able to recover files from the hard drive and install another hard drive that made the computer like new.

About a year ago, Adolfo Griffith did what I now realize is almost impossible! He was able to find and eliminate the offending files when a ransom message came onto the computer screen, demanding hundreds of dollars to unfreeze the computer. He responds promptly to pleas for help and is willing to come to your home. We have recommended him to several neighbors, all of whom have found him helpful. He not only fixes things but provides lessons along the way about what to do to take care of your own computer--a skill that has been appreciated by some senior citizen neighbors.

Adolfo advises me on my personal tech needs. He has assisted me in laptop purchases. Every time I upgraded my equipment, he made sure that my files were transferred to the new laptop.
