yes...i allocate an hourly rate for my time because that way is much easier for me

by social media,but if the client is within close proximity then personal contact comes into play
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of on the job training working with various construction companies , over 12 years with the NYC Housing Authority and 14 years with NY Presbyterian Hospital ( Facilities Dept.)
