Pricing is based on the type of door, parts needed, and complexity of the repair or installation. I provide clear, upfront estimates before any work begins. No hidden fees. I can give you a price range right over the phone or during our first message.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I start by asking about the issue and if possible request photos or a short video. This helps me give an accurate estimate before arriving. Once we agree on the details I schedule a convenient time, arrive on time, and complete the work efficiently. Before leaving I test everything with you to make sure you’re satisfied and I provide tips to keep your door running smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience and training and automatic in commercial door systems, including installation, repair, and preventive maintenance. Over the years I’ve worked on a wide range of doors, motors, sensors, and access control systems, which gives me the skills to quickly diagnose and fix problems, safely and efficiently. I stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices to ensure every job meets professional quality.
