Introduction: For various reasons, the real estate transaction does not always push through to the end with ease. My top priority is to guide first-time homebuyers through the home inspection process smoothly. In addition to actual years of experience inspecting homes, I have a construction background. No two homes are alike and different clients express different concerns. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews. However, I was so pleased with this service I had to. Leon was absolutely amazing. He answered any questions I had prior to the inspection. I received the completed report the very next day, it was so detailed and included photos for reference. I would definitely recommend to any looking for home inspections.

Thankful to Leon for responding quickly to my inquiry and fitting my inspection in right before everyone travelled away. Very professional & knowledgeable inspector who takes the necessary time needed to do a thorough job. This particular house is old and has a lot of weird layers and the report he provided addressed all the issues we were cognizant of + additional warnings. Additionally he made himself available for subsequent questions related to the report which allowed for an overall solid experience. Happy to recommend

I needed a pre-purchase inspection done and chose Leon because he was highly rated. I was not disappointed. He was available immediately and flexible when the current owners’ availability changed. His professionalism and detailed report were spot on. His use of site photos in the report made it very easy to follow and his recommendations were clear. He was respectful of the current owners and the property, while being thorough. He had the full report ready in 24 hours and was available to answer any questions. I would definitely hire him again.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are transparent with our prices, which we base on the size of the home. We do not attempt to upsell over the phone or while inspecting homes. Our approach was always to pack more critical services together as one streamlined inspection for our client base. As your home inspector, if it's best to use my thermal camera, I will. If I observe that the property fits the criteria for a Wood-Destroying Organisms Inspection, then you will receive a Wood-Destroying Organisms report. Not familiar with house terminology, reports contain photos & illustrations. If a client is concerned, what if we miss something? Clients receive a 90-day warranty with every inspection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over some formalities. What we as home inspectors observe and report on, the type of inspection reports we provide. We then discuss the desired service and what we included for the price. We discuss the estimated inspection time and the inspection report turn-around time. We inform them of what warranties are available. We also inquire about the client's most pressing concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical experience. Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration experience. NYS Home Inspector license. InterNACHI Chapter - Long Island. International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants. Mold Assessor
