Details: No large items to haul • Yard waste, construction debris or scrap metal • Enough to fill half of a pickup truck • There are no flights of stairs

When I signed up for a junk removal job i sent over all my photos of what i had and wanted to removed from the apartment i was moving out of we agreed on a price at first josh said he was 20 minutes away from me i told him no rush but i would like to get it done asap this was around 1pm he never arrived until 4 pm after multiple times telling me he is 35 minutes away. 35 minutes turned into a hour then a hour and a half okay kool we spoked about 2 rates 1 if he was to go up the stairs and get my stuff one if i put them to the curb I decided not much difference so i would choose the quote of him getting them from upstairs. When he finally cane he came with a uhal van a van than couldn’t fit my things mind you i sent all photos ahead of time showing what i had. Now he is telling me he has to charge extra because he has to do two trips i said no you told me a price you coming with a van that cannot fit my stuff should not be my issue. Up to the time he still couldn’t do the job in two settings it took him 3 different trips to complete the job. Him and my mom agreed to give him something extra i already left hauling a 20 in truck with my stuff because i was moving he kept calling he wants the money because he took my stuff and it’s inconvenient for him because he has my stuff in his van and he need to pay dump fee mind you i gave him cash up front for the first money that he requested. Oh let me not forget my family also had to bring some of the stuff to the curb so we still ended up paying more for the value of less. Thank you for your service but it was very unprofessional and stressful during my moving and i would not recommend to people who has a big job needed to be done and maybe put a van as you photo because a truck is very misleading.
