Ronald and his team came to clear some boxes from my offices. He agreed on a certain price then messaged me saying it was more than was initially quoted so needed to basically add $50 for a total of $275… He even explained that it was because of the cost of the junkyard. A week later I received a summons for these same boxes which were dumped in a field nearby illegally. I reached out to Ron about the issue. Via his phone and via thumbtack messaging. He has completely ignored me. DO NOT WORK WITH HIM! DISHONEST! Now I have to pay an additional $150 to the city because he was dishonest. Do not use this company if you do not want to deal with a situation like this. How disappointing as I chose this company to give them a chance based on their profile story. No good deed goes unpunished. Save yourself the heartache!
