- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. Mobile appointments include a travel fee based on distance, and after-hours, weekends, holidays, and last-minute requests may incur an additional fee. I’m always happy to provide an upfront quote before your appointment so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by confirming the type of document, appointment location, and preferred time. Before the appointment, I’ll let you know what identification and any required witnesses you’ll need. During the signing, I guide you through the notarization process, verify identity, and ensure everything is completed accurately and efficiently. My goal is to make the experience smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned New York Notary Public and continually invest in professional training to stay current with New York notarial laws and best practices. I also provide mobile and remote online notarization services, allowing me to serve clients wherever it’s most convenient.
