I enjoy celebrating others joy and what better way to be in a support role than to help someone celebrate one of the most special moments of their lives. Please be aware that I may charge a travel fee if their area is not that really favorable to me compensation wise. For example: If I covering a 4 hour wedding within 40 miles travel of 20902, the cost will increase based on travel outside of this area but this is negotiable so let's talk. I am looking forward to meeting you 🙂.
Side Note: If you would like to shoot in Washington DC around the Parks and Historical Areas, please make note that i is not free to shoot in these areas. The minimum location per day is $50 (1-10 persons) with $90 application fee that needs at least two weeks to be approved.
For all government related events, I understand the secrecy when it comes to having footage not go public. I have an active secret clearance and we can negotiate everything in our discussion and contract.

Actually, I don't think that 5 stars is enough! We hired him for our wedding ceremony and reception in Plymouth, NC and we really had a super fantastic time working with this photographer & videographer! He made everyone feel comfortable and was super fun! He brought great ideas to the photos and was very professional! He and his assistant worked great together and really exemplified a true team! They arrived early and didn't even fuss at the fact that I (the bride) arrived late! (but that's a-whole-nother story! lol) Our families and friends are still raving about them, and now that I have the photos to show them, they are really impressed! We really love all of the shots and the photos are so beautiful and the clarity is awesome! We would absolutely recommend Christopher O'Connor for any of your photography needs!!!!!

Christopher did an amazing job! After our photographer cancaled on mus five days before our wedding, Christopher stepped write in and got the job done. He and his assistant catered to all our request, were very professional, and everyone loved them. We can't wait to get all the pictures back and look forward to using GCPhotographers in the future!!

We had a fantastic experience working with Chris at my daughter's October 1st wedding. There was excellent communication while planning, and he arrived the day of an hour and a half early to scout the venue. He was professional, patient and so positive! He was very accommodating and had great ideas. Based on the previews we have seen, we are so excited to receive the final product! Can't recommend Chris enough!

He made my day very easy when ever I lifted my hand he was there to take my pictures he call and checked on me and my wife to see if there was anything that we need or wanted to add he told me that it was going to be fun and that it was look at us we look good made me feel like I was going on the cover of the next GQ magazine

Before I start, I want to say I truly believe that if Chris (GC Photography) wasn't there, our wedding wouldn't have been as great as it was. I don't have enough great things to say about GC Photography. He was absolutely amazing. He showed up about 30 minutes before his start time. We spoke for a couple minutes and went over what we wanted, and moved on. Now, our wedding was supposed to be ready to go when we arrived there but between the hotel, the catering service, and the Dj. It was kind of chaos for the first hour. Chris was so helpful. Between getting us ready for photos, he was also making sure the whole wedding went off without a hitch. I guess he was the only one that actually read the itinerary for the day. So he was helping with the DJ, helping with the catering, basically helping with everything. We were so impressed with him. He was professional, he was friendly, and most of all, he is a really good person who genuinely loves his job. He was only supposed to stay for 4 hours but he stayed for the full 7 hours (which he didn't have to do) and we paid him extra. He made sure he got all the photos that we needed from start to finish. He took over 500 photos and they all looked amazing. It's so hard to choose which photo we liked the most. If you pick any photographer, go with GC PHOTOGRAPHY. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. HE IS THE ONLY PHOTOGRAPHER I WILL HIRE / RECOMMEND FROM NOW ON. Thank you so much Chris for making our day a special as it was.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Outline their needs while making sure they are confident in knowing that they will receive the best service. I love what I do and you will be another to see it as I celebrate with you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school many years ago for photography to make sure that I was on the right track with what I was enjoying. I mainly went to learn about photography terminology. Besides that, I have lots of magazines subscriptions and study many techniques from all over the world. Outside of this, I am working on completing my MBA.
